SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Time

We promise to ship your Colissimo orders within 48 hours of confirmation.

It takes 3 to 5 business days to process your order.

Pick up in store

Take advantage of in-store collection within 1 hour, available Tuesday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is ready.

Withdrawal address:

You will receive your package in just 48 hours after its shipment, so you can quickly enjoy your organic hair products imported from Ivory Coast.

Delivery Service

We use the Colissimo service to ensure secure and efficient delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to follow your package in real time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process and depend on the destination and weight of the package. These costs will be clearly indicated before confirming your purchase.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to mainland France and countries in the European Union.

For any other destination, please contact us to check feasibility and associated costs.

Returns

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

To do this, please contact us at contact@hairlia.com specifying your order number.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused, in their original packaging.

Any product returned incomplete, damaged or used will not be refunded.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us: Before any return, contact us at contact@hairlia.com to inform us of your intention and obtain the return address.

2. Prepare the package: Carefully pack the products to be returned and attach a copy of your invoice or delivery note.

3. Send the package: Return the package to the address indicated. The return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund

After receiving and verifying the returned products, we will proceed to your refund within 14 days.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used when placing your order.
